My Yard Sale find...

I'm moving to a new apartment next weekend, so my mom and sister took me yard saleing to try and find some stuff for the apartment on the cheap. The day was a total bust...until the last stop. I'm looking at a table full of random stuff when this shinny new watch caught my eye. I picked it up...not a scratch on it and the band was still stiff from lack of being worn. I heard a voice behind me..."Ah, we forgot to put a price on that one. I'll take a dollar. It's a good watch, I just never wore it." I was all giddy inside, but kept my composure. Paid my dollar and am now wearing my virtually brand new watch.

So...here is what I managed to pick up for a buck at the yard sale: DW9052-1V - G-Shock - Timepiece - Products - CASIO

I'm happy to now have a good dive worthy watch and now might start going to more yard sales as a result of my find today...although, I still didn't find a thing for my apartment.

Very cool congrats on your find. I love to go to garage sales there is so much that you can find. Good luck with the apartment stuff.

Good find.

GShock's are great watches. I had one for years before I finally lost it somewhere.

I got most of my gear from yard sales. A lot of my tanks cost me from $2-$15 bucks apiece. Most of my G-shocks came from rope swings along the river.
I finally found one a couple of weeks ago that was flooded. Never have seen that before.
