Sometimes you just can't beat Ebay
Usually ST has the best prices on new gear on the web. But, sometimes you just can't beat someone who has something they just need to get rid of.
I just got this Pinnacle Semi-Dry suit for $255 on a second chance offer: ScubaToys-SF Search Engine Output Page It's brand new with the tags still on it! |

With due diligence, EBAY has been a winner for me, selling and buying a variety of products.
There is a strong case for purchasing NEW, with guarantee, from SCUBATOYS with low price matching. The timely communication that the ST staff provide can save you much $$ and frustration. New divers especially will benefit from checking in with ST before purchasing. ![]() |

MSN has an article...10 things to never to buy used. A wetsuit was one of those items. This is a clip from the article...
"As a suit is used, the neoprene compresses and become thinner, losing its thermal properties and buoyancy," said master dive instructor Gerrard Dennis of Simply Scuba, an online scuba store based in the United Kingdom, where the need for warmth is crucial. "Also, ozone attacks neoprene suits so they become less stretchy and more likely to tear with age." |
