I have not stayed in the hotel since it's very pricey, however I do take many of my classes there to dive in the Lagoon. It's really neat! If there are no guests in the hotel, I can take my students in the moon room. There is also an undersea lab and archaeological site there

Does this place shut down in storms?
I'm curious about this "lodge" and other undersea labs. Do they shut down and evacuate prior to storms, like hurricanes, or are they deep enough to remain safe under the weather? I know that the Pacific Northwest coastal resorts do great business during the winter storm season, but this would take storm watching to a whole new level.
