Ranger vs Tech

Does any one know anything about the zegal tech BC??

just saw one in an add and wondered about it. when i went searching for one to see on line, they did not seem a common as the ranger but seemed pretty much the same baring a few slight differences,

but aging I'm new and don't know alot about the gear, and my nearest zegal dealer is 90 min away.

The main differences are:

Ranger has a cumberbund and a 44lb lift bladder.

Tech has 2 waist straps only amd a 65lb lift bladder.

The Tech also has a couple extra d-rings and a small built in lumbar pad.

The reason that you see more Rangers than Techs is probably based on the 65lb bladder, which is way too much for most recreational divers.

Hope this helps...

Scott
