best defog

Spit equals almost instant fog for me. My left lens is always foggy, so I am getting to be a good one eyed diver.

500 psi worked pretty well for me.

It works good for defogging but I use Dive Optx Magnifier Lenses and notice that they will come loose on my next dive after using 500 PSI.

i use spit.
some people use baby soap, some buy defog drops. try different things. make sure you use toothpaste on your mask to make sure you don't have the factory coating 'cos it'll make your mask fog.

Baby shampoo... last forever plus doesn't burn your eyes

the best stuff is whatever is on the boat for free.
other than that... spit, the gel version.

I use 500 PSI works well for me, incase I forget it I have used spit but it dose not work as well.

my vote is:
Spit.
I haven't found a commercial defogger that works as well.

In second place would be baby shampoo.
