i get mine free, from my mouth, in the form of spit

Personally, I've tried several different kinds, and the only thing I've found that works for me is the free stuff. (spit) 500psi, seadrops - I still fog up.

I found Sea Drops to work well but I left the last bottle that I had in the pocket of a rental BC. I go the cheapest route & spit in my mask

I clean mine with toothpaste after a day of diving and have not yet needed any defog. Use the paste type toothpaste, not the gel. Make sure you rinse it well with hot water.

Good luck,

Pretty much the same.

To avoid losing/forgetting defog, I just keep a small bottle of 500psi in my mask's hard case... that way, I have it before the first dive. When I'm ready to get wet, I use it and then put my eyegalsses in the mask case. Since we are all creatures of habit, for me by setting a routine, i.e., associating anti fog with my glasses, I don't forget it.
