I use whatever is available including spit never found one I thought was the best.

I clean mine with toothpaste after a day of diving and have not yet needed any defog. Use the paste type toothpaste, not the gel. Make sure you rinse it well with hot water.

Pretty much the same.
To avoid losing/forgetting defog, I just keep a small bottle of 500psi in my mask's hard case... that way, I have it before the first dive. When I'm ready to get wet, I use it and then put my eyegalsses in the mask case. Since we are all creatures of habit, for me by setting a routine, i.e., associating anti fog with my glasses, I don't forget it. |
