Of the only two I've been to so far, Cozumel and Grand Caymen, probably Cozumel because of the fish!

I think that finflippers would like to dive just about anywhere in the world...just to see all of the marine life that is out there.

I saw black and white anglefish that would attack you when you got really close. They would ram you like a bull!! But it was fun, I really want to go back to Cozumel!

PHILIPPINES!!!!!
Puerto Galera, Dumagete in 2005 Boracay in 2002, Cebu next Feb. Inexpensive once you get there, great diving! Caribean-78 sp. coral, ~300 sp. fish. Philippines-490 sp. coral >2,000 sp. fish.
Numerous wrecks courtesy US Navy 1944-1945. You ask for it Philippines has it! Wreck; tech;coral reefs; whale sharks, manta's; Deep dives; etc.

Spots or Bars? How big was it? Do you have or have you found any pictures of this fish?
