Inventors Corner...

Any Idea or crazy Idea that will benefit our passion for Scuba Diving.

*I always think of fins with tiny motors and propellers at the very tip end for more propolsion.

*Another one is an underwater case for cellphones. At least if your not answering it you can still use it for texting or take pictures and short video clips on your cellphone and send it to your friends.

In the water everything looks 33% larger. So, if it happen you see a 10 footer Tiger Shark. Don't worry it's only a guppy...

Actually, pouches will disintigrate the content under pressure. So, I think pressurized proof plactic will be better just like on underwater camera enclosure hence better for the cellphones.

Another one is Scuba mask with built in light.

Another one is CO2 powered harpoon just like for paintball for added power and distance when shooting.

thats not a co2 powered gun.. just a pneumatic, which imo, are horrible. much more power with regular gun, plus, less parts to break and service... i used to dive the sport rhino and all ya had to do was rinse. no oil and refinishing etc et

not to be a kill joy but the problem with the cell phone would be that the signal doesn't penetrate water worth a hoot. That is why the signal for underwater coms is carried on hf sonar rather than rf.

My favorite idea that I have seen lately is:
