I sent my email to all three.
I have no words for what they are doing

For those that want to send an email, but don't know what to say...It is already pre-written, all you have to do is click on it and it will forward the pre-made statement for you.

Petition filled out. I think I've done this in the past, but it can't hurt to do it again.

One of the reasons the Japanese give for this is that the dolphins are affecting the fishing stocks by consuming to many. So if they thin out the dolphin population they should have a larger take of commercially valuable fish.

If you know anything about commercial fishing practices anywhere around the globe it is very obvious that overfishing and targeting breeding grounds of fish populations is the major cause of the problem and has been for 20 plus years...........

Did you actually fill out the petition? Not a judgement, just a question.....

If you missed the link here it is: CDNN ACT NOW :: Scuba Diving Safety, Environmental Issues

This one works also: northamerica.oceana.org: Action Center
I just did!!! I used the northamerica.oceana.org link directly above this post. There are over 2300 users in this forum; wouldn't it be great if all of you would lend your voice to the cause?
I'm in, this is rediculous, and the Japanese used to be so honorable. It just doesn't make since. Unfortunately it is mostly the government that makes them all look bad.

here is my question what benefit do the japanese get from killing off dolphin? who eats it what is it used for it seems to be a truely pointless tradition, and as for putting it in whale meat packages does anyone eat whale meat either? this is really perplexing.
