I contacted my state office of archeology that falls under HUD. They have an underwater division. I would like to find history, not so much keep it. They do have a volunteer program that next year I may try to hook up with. But for me its not about having it or selling it, its about finding it. Kind of like fishing thats what cameras area made for!
