computers
iv seen oceanic 180's dive computers on other sites whats the difference between the 250's

250's allow gauge mode and pre-dive planning... that's the only functional difference I see...

the 180 is no longer available however, but I did order one from elsewheres, as ST no longer carries it, and a sub $200 computer with nitrox function is damn cheap...

mine will be here tomorrow according to UPS...

the place I least wanted to order it from - leisurepro...

i ordered an oceanic reg from them for christmas had a good price it came in one piece i guess havent tried it yet

As long as it's not a Jewish holiday, I've had good luck with them. I only order misc non-life support items though, like wetsuits, masks, etc...

do you guys like the aeris xr 1? i got one and used it do cavern dive today in ginnie springs i like it at least. need opinions

I looked at those, in fact, IIRC, they are the same as the Veo180 minus the computer connection... and I don't remember if the XR1 does nitrox or not...

anyways, decent computer for whatever its capabilities... I just had to have one that is nitrox and wanted computer download too...
