2008 Diving Goals?

If there is already a thread about this I was unable to find it. My apologies.

Anyone have 2008 diving goals they'd like to share?

I want to:

1. Get rescue certification
2. Make at least a dozen wreck dives offshore NC in the 100-130' range.
3. Dive someplace tropical
4. Log my 100th dive

1. Get my OW cert. (Checkout dives next weekend at Monterey.)
2. Learn how to dive along the Calif. north coast with the North Coast Divers.
3. Do my AOW dives in Hawaii in late March.
4. Overall, learn to be a competent diver.
5. Have a lot of fun!

Having just moved back to the coastal community where I grew up, I want to dive all the accessable beaches and "known location" wrecks there, and start looking at some of the "suspected" wrecks on my list.

1. Do more dives in 2008 than in 2007! (That includes the week on the Nekton in 2007 too).
2. Dive more non local places in 2008 than 2007. (Off to a great start 2007 - Belize, 2008, St Thomas and St Maarten already, San Diego coming)
3. Finish Cavern class

Return to St. Thomas so I can get my AOW from my friends' dive op there.
Buy my own dive gear
Dive as much as my budget will allow.
Win the lottery so I can afford all of the above!

My list is very similar to yours. The only one I don't have on my list is #2.

#1 - My LDS that I did my OW and AOW offers a package called ultimate rescue diver where they bundle O2 provider, EFR and a few other specialities with Rescue. No dates yet though

#3 I have Bonaire booked with Single Divers for May. Looking at Cozumel over easter and maybe Roatan in the fall.

#4 I ended the year with 58 dives under my belt so 42 to go to 100. Hopefully I can get enough local dives that with the trips above I can get up there!

1. Get AOW
2. Get rescue done
3. Spend more time at the lake this year
4. Do some diving in Arkansas and Missouri
5. get to Bonaire... (doubt this one will happen, but all others are doable!)

I want to get my AOW. Move into doubles. Dive more often. Have more fun. Become a better dive. Help get more of my friends into diving. Start diving wrecks in New England.

Just dive as much as possible. Hopefully over 100.

Finish my Master Diver cert. Start on my AI, and log as many dives as possible so I can start an Intro to Tec. class next year.
