What is your best find?

What is the best/neatest thing found on a dive? I've found lures, flippers, a dead beaver, old beer bottles... that's pretty much it.

So far I have found a couple of fishing lures and a bottle or two. I did get a close look at a fish I though was big till I turned my head and another fish that looked like it dwarfed the first fish was just over my shoulder. When I saw it I almost spit the reg out of my mouth. Of course it surprised me so much I forgot I was holding a camera.

My best find was a Big Black Jar. When I brought it up, there was an angry octopus inside. So I had to go down and put the jar back where I found it.

Mostly bottles, one from 1920, it has bubbles in the glass and the bottom is unevenly formed, pretty cool

Another that is a hires root beer bottle, also quite old.

Most amazing one, coke can that had exp date in 1988, still carbonated when I opened it in 2006. Didn't dare to drink it though.

Yeah, maybe. It would have been well-preserved though, the water where I got it is about 40 year round.

Watches, sunglasses, earrings, fishing poles, pocket knives. I dive a lot in the local rivers and swimming holes.

A long time ago (mid 60's) when there wasn't any lobster catch limit, I found a huge lobster migration in south Florida. There were thousands of lobster families moving north off Jupiter. We just collected and filled, our freezer. I've heard about these for years, but this is then only one I've been in the water for.
