I live in Tulsa and do most of my diving in Beaver, some in Tenkiller. I have dove most of the lakes around here, and most you cant see crap. I do have my eye on a quarry that has promise, dont know yet how its going to work out. Off of hwy 169 there is a open pit that that would make a great scuba spot if it filled up. The only problem is the garbage dump is next to it.

    Hi. What is the address?

A dive park in OK could make a lot of $.

Heck, let the dive shops teach the courses, and just charge admission fees.

Oronogo is a great place to dive! I've got well over a 100 dives there this year. Dove there last weekend and going this weekend too. Yes, You need Cave/Cavern experience to go in any of the mines. But there is plenty of diving for everybody in different areas. Let me see if I can get you a link to the "Train Video". OCDA found the train and use to have a video of the dive. I'm having trouble finding it. You can check out there web site Ozark Cave Diving Alliance Home Page

This is the last weekend for John to be open but he does have a New Years Day Dive open to the public. Go to the DDCN section of Scuba Toys and you can meet up with alot of us divers that dive Oronogo.
    Looking forward to meeting you.

The huge rock quarry im talking about is off 169 and 36th st north i think. It would be great, its huge! I dont think they mine out of it anymore, sometime's you can see water in the bottom that is crystal clear. If I get by there I will get the name of the place.
