I've never heard of any. There are a few water filled quaries, but the owners don't allow any diving.

If you are in the eastern part of the state, you may as well come on over to MO for some good quarry dives.

I've heard of a few, but all that I have heard of were privately owned and none allowed diving.

Do you have the names of those spots that are privately owned? Do you know if the owner will let you in if you pay or have you already tried that already?
