Last weekend's water temps were in the 60's at the top & the thermoclime was in the high 50's.

The ST pavilion is at the highest point of the whole place. Be prepared for possible windy conditions. A rain/wind jacket and pants would probably be a good suggestion.

Last weekend for the Rescue class I had on a 5/4 with the 5/4 hooded vest, and was fine on Saturday, but missed my Drysuit on Sunday due to the brutal cold wind. I wound up getting sick, which busted me for helping this weekend. Last week the water was honestly warmer than the air. This weekend s/b much better. I agree with the 60's up top. Vis was 10+. Y'all have fun.

I don't have a computer so I can't tell you exact temps, but I dove in just a 7mil, no hood and was fine. The thermocline was pretty nasty about 22-25 ft and it gave me a little chill, but not enough to put on my hood. It was a good weekend and my wife finally finished her OW cert!!

Surface temp was ~71 degrees. Viz was ~10. First thermocline at 20 feet where it dropped to ~61-63. Second at ~35-36 where it dropped into the 50s.

Getting close to my magic temp (73 degrees). I am ready to dive, but might wait until my sister finishes taking her ow at the end of the month.

    bbrrrr. warm weather/water wimp here.

I was asked to come down and assist with a class on 5/17... I declined. Thanks for the heads up.

Hopefully it will get to a respectable temp later next month, if all the rains will stop.

    Conditions as of 5/10:

    Surface: 72 degrees
    30ft: 65 degrees
    50 ft: 56 degrees

Vis above the first themocline was really nice actually, at least 15-20ft. Below 30, forget about it. 5 feet if you're lucky.
