How does scuba toys do it?

How does scuba toys manage to pull off the prices they do?

My LDS can at best is still 20% more expensive than Scuba Toys is.

Are online sales primary or the actual store sales primary for ST?

I'd love to support my LDS but I can't justify paying 3000$ for a dry suit package when scuba toys offer is for 800$ less...

ScubaToys sells so much product for companies that they can get much better deals than your LDS. They can also afford to live off a smaller margin from each item sold, becuase of the volumes.

Some LDS really do charge huge amounts (over 100% at times) above thier costs, but most are just trying to make a living from the sales.
Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

Yeah, even some of the LDS here can't compete with ScubaToys prices even after including shipping. Just have to wait 1-2 weeks for the item though

If my LDS is about 30 dollars more, I will shop there. But when I am buying something where the difference is 50 or more, I will go with the least expensive. For example, Mares Viper octo at Scuba Toys: $75, LDS $135. I went with Scubatoys.
    I'd dive that.
