    fish fry

me and wheelman fried up our fall catch. 4+ lbs. of catfish and walleye fillets, baby. along with some chicken for the boys (which they didn't eat) and some jumbo shrimp, it made for a royal feast. wheelman also makes a monster hushpuppy...

good times killin'. good times eatin'. next fish fry is scheduled for july 4th.

tons. wheel took two bags and i fed the neighbors. next time we'll mail out invites. ha!

i think i'll also try my hand at baking the walleye, next time. it was a fried fest, and i'm gonna have to do double workouts for 5 days to recover...

a week ago I wanted some seafood, but given the shrimp and scallops scampi I ate earlier that week I did not want to drop 20 bucks on a meal for myself again, so I opted for some catfish fillets from the local publics, fried it in some southern corn meal mix and dam talking good, hoping to check out the glades and or Okeechobee in a week or so and will be picking up some gator meat, I found a hunting outfitter that sells it. I eat it every time we come down to the glades. Figure with living here it is time to figure out how to cook it
