    Elevation = 0ft
    Conservatism = + 2

    Dec to 130ft (2) Nitrox 30 50ft/min descent.
    Level 130ft 17:24 (20) Nitrox 30 1.48 ppO2, 111ft ead
    Asc to 40ft (23) Nitrox 30 -30ft/min ascent.
    Stop at 30ft 2:00 (25) Nitrox 30 0.57 ppO2, 23ft ead
    Stop at 20ft 3:00 (28) Nitrox 30 0.48 ppO2, 14ft ead
    Stop at 10ft 6:00 (34) Nitrox 30 0.39 ppO2, 5ft ead
    Surface (34) Nitrox 30 -30ft/min ascent.

    Off gassing starts at 74.7ft

    OTU's this dive: 37
    CNS Total: 15.9%

    83.1 cu ft Nitrox 30
    83.1 cu ft TOTAL

    DIVE PLAN 130' 30% 15 min bottom time.
    Surface interval = 5 day 0 hr 0 min.
    Elevation = 0ft
    Conservatism = + 2

    Dec to 130ft (2) Nitrox 30 50ft/min descent.
    Level 130ft 12:24 (15) Nitrox 30 1.48 ppO2, 111ft ead
    Asc to 30ft (18) Nitrox 30 -30ft/min ascent.
    Stop at 30ft 0:40 (19) Nitrox 30 0.57 ppO2, 23ft ead
    Stop at 20ft 1:00 (20) Nitrox 30 0.48 ppO2, 14ft ead
    Stop at 10ft 3:00 (23) Nitrox 30 0.39 ppO2, 5ft ead
    Surface (23) Nitrox 30 -30ft/min ascent.

    Off gassing starts at 68.8ft

    OTU's this dive: 28
    CNS Total: 11.9%

    60.7 cu ft Nitrox 30
    60.7 cu ft TOTAL

    As you can see from this print, off gassing starts at around 70'. Any stops deeper than this and you will be adding to your Nitrogen loading. The exact opposite effect we hope to achieve by stopping on ascent.

    Just opened my DAN Alert Diver mag that came in the mail today and on Page 35 is an article on deep rec diving. Many good points are made in the article. Also refers to a discussion regarding deep stops @ Alert Diver | Deep Stops

    dive with a reputable DO that does those dives daily-THEY WILL TELL YOU where & how long the stops will be, since you really don't have the training &/or experience to be making those decisions
    if it has tires or testicles, eventually it is going to give you trouble

    Probably the best answer you will get.

    This. I imagine that the ops on there will be well used to dealing with numpties and muppets on a daily basis.

    As for Pyle stops on a non-deco dive, I personally feel that a slow ascent rate is far more important and should be stressed. If chucking in couple of short stops on the way up to your 5@5 makes you feel better, go for it. Just remember to factor it in to your dive plan and gas management calcs.
    Some franchises just never make it... CSI:Wagga Wagga was one of them.

    I have yet to see a train wreck, I do not get why some seem to think it bad when a diver ask questions about different areas of diving

    It's not about the questions, more of what they do with the answers and whether or not they focus on some things to the detriment of other skills.

    Biggie - This thread is a great example of why many experienced divers keep saying for you to find a local mentor (as in a live person you can dive with and learn from on a regular basis) as opposed to asking questions like this online. When you ask online the reality is there is little way to know if the advice you are getting is good, bad, misinformed, missapplied, spot on, flat out wrong, somewhere inbetween, or a sloppy mix of them. This is especially so as you get to more advanced diving, even on a basic level such as advanced open water. Following a dive plan without understanding why the plan is the way it is has a lot of potential to become dangerous and that potential grows exponentially the deeper you go.

    Just because something gets posted in a forum, even the stuff that is spot on, doesn't mean that it applies to you or your planned dive.
