GF and I just put our SI lunch menu together for the upcoming Island Dive Fest here in Key Largo. Shrimp cocktail, Home made chicken salad, Pineapple slices and Milk chocolate. Wash it down with cold water..

Just before hitting the water for the next dive... A Tums.. :-)

The last trip I went on someone always brought along a bag of post-dive lollipops, and the boat had a cooler full of fruit. Perfect choice IMO.

When I went diving in Egypt there's always be a guy on the sure with hot, sweet tea waiting for after we got out of the water. That tasted really good if you were chilly.

Whatever good fresh fruit we find at the local grocery (usually grapes, melon or oranges) and lots of water.

The OP we always use in Coz provides fruit juice, water, fresh fruit and muffins or cookies for SI snacks. Don't know if she still does it, but the shop owner used to bake the muffins fresh every day. It rocked!!

The dive shop I use supply muffins, hot chocolate, biscuits etc which is great. Always a BBQ afterwards as well.

Personally, I just use water, then head to the pub for a feed and a few cold ones after it all.

On boats we always seem go have fresh fruit and pastries - like donuts and danishes - that the operator provides.
When we do local diving we usually pack PB&J and gatorade/powerade.
