Divers Den, Maryland's First Dive Store, Scuba Diving Classes and Equipment
    http://www.columbiascuba.com/

Den is closer to Aberdeen, Great reputation. Columbia has an awesome staff, I have been there for an Aqualung Technician class.
Several good quarries nearby to train in and there is always the Atlantic and the bays near by. Hook up with an active group through the shop you choose. Good diving is around there. Only a short drive from Morehead city also...
Welcome to the addiction..I mean lifestyle...um..we have cookies!

Davetowz almost let the secret slip...for some diving is an activity, for some it is an addiction. If you find yourself on this forum daily, especially during the winter, and can't stop thinking about diving the rest of the time, it is very likely you will have an addiction when you start diving. By the way, I don't know of any addicted diver that wants to be cured.
