I have been swimming as a form of exercise for years, just recently I purchased a pair of training fins. I am amazed at the high breathing rate swimming with fins pushes me too. I only hope as I work longer with fins my breathing efficiency gets better. The workout feels much tougher.

I swim for 2 hours 8 times a week. I swim about 7000 yards each practice. on the days i dont have a two a day i go to the gym to workout. I do swim on a club team. If you want to be a great swimmer you need a club swimming and it is also a social experiments.
