    OW OC is taught at, or near, a 7th grade education level. So, even the village idiot can monkey see, monkey do, themselves into a C-card.
    I say, If the next new equipment (Rec RB) are proven to be reliable enough for the majority of people who ARE above a 7th grade level to train in one, then go for it. We should stop worrying so much about the least common denominator. Darwin looks out for them..

    I just checked PADi's web site and that is all they require for semi closed. I still don't believe it.

    The key is " reliable enough". In the next ten years they might be.

    I agree with you Clara. That is why I'm willing to evaluate and dive the equipment first if they provide it. :-) I'll be a lab rat for the rest of ya..

    With caution I might. For the present RB's I would dive one.
