    Greetings from Thailand

Hi, came out here to Thailand almost a year ago, and learned to dive. First dive was all it took and realized what I've been missing my whole life. I returned a few months later and decided to stay a little longer (4 months) back again for another 3 months as a dive-master now and hopefully I'll be here permanently. Love the climate and the culture and I really want to make this my home.

For those that dove before I tell them all it's the best thing that's ever happened to me. Now get in there and get wet!

Welcome from afar! Sounds like you have the dive bug under your skin.

Hey welcome to the board. I was in Thailand last year. I made a trip up to Chiang Mai for two weeks. I was there for Loi Krathong and also attended Thai Massage school for two weeks. Hoping to make it back to Thailand next year for some diving this time. Looking forward to your posts on diving there:-)

    Cool Bill,
I'm usually diving with The Pattaya Dive Centre right on Beach road. They just got a new boat a couple weeks ago and it is really sweet. Talked the owner into getting a GPS and sonar so we can map some new dive sites. Check out their web site if you get a chance
    Cheers

Welcome Aboard! I look forward to hearing about your experiences from Thailand. I visited Pattaya Beach when I was in the Navy, great place!

Enjoy the forum and stay wet!

hey that sounds great... I have a buddy heading to Pattaya in February, he's trying to get me to go. I have to think about it. I have at least one more trip planned to the Philippines and I was thinking around March and then Thailand later in the year... don't know yet, but I will definitely keep you guys in mind.
