Across from Vancouver on Olympia is a very nice cove - wish I could remember lat/lon for you. a lotof sea quills, I saw 4 very curious giant octos and and even more curious orca pod. I'll see if I can get you some coords. Disclaimer: this was over10 years ago.
Haven'tdove up there for a while. My wife wouldn't let me last trip up there.
