    shock cord

    what is the best to use shock cord or one of the slinky type

    Man, I remember the old rubber shock absorbers to keep the spear from coming back.... I guess I need to go look at spear fishing stiff again.

    300 lb mono for fresh; 1/16" stainless steel for salt. my reel has 200' of 1.75mm dyneema but i only use in salt.
