    Van Pooling Hypothesis?

    Van Pooling Hypothesis

The greater the number of people in a group, the greater the chance that someone has forgotten a dive ending piece of equipment when van pooling.
Dive ending: (verb, expletive) you ain't getting under

    So, here's the game...

Post or create a hypothesis, theorem, rule, law, corollary, whatever.
Give it a name, and away we go!

Points for originality, humor, and serious soundingness of the name.
Extra credit for truthiness, you know, the 'yeah, that's right!' effect.

    It's only impossible.

This is a forum for SCUBA divers, dude.

    I keed! I keed!
Car pooling....dive van full of students....equals van pooling.
Hence, the serious sounding title, but funny pun instead.

    I make with the funny!

    It's only impossible.

Insta-Buddy Incompetousis - the smaller the number of potential Insta-Bubbies on a trip, the higher the chances the one you get is an idiot who should not be diving.
And on the eighth day, God said, "OK, Murphy, you take over"

Diveboatus Avoidus - a fun pure shore diving vacation as an independant buddy team, a van pooling group, or some of both somewhere like St. Croix, Grand Cayman, Bonaire, Curacao, Maui, Hawaii (the big island), etc.
We do not do this thing because it is permitted. We do it because we have to. We do it because we are compelled.

nope not a fail... we just did not see your facial expression,,,

how about the roosterfail theorem..... the person on the dive boat that does the most crowing about how good he is ... is the one most likely to do something really stupid.
God is good, no matter what!!

    Schrödinger's Insta-Buddy:

The Copenhagen Interpretation holds that, if you strangle your insta-buddy with his tank-banger thingy, at some point he will be both alive-and-dead at the same moment.

However, Erwin Schrödinger demonstrates that your insta-buddy must be either alive-or-dead at any moment in time.
