    That is the one
goes on when I hit the water and I dont take it off
you might get a red tint at shallow deths or if you point it directly a the sun
some people take them off when that is expected
I find it easier to remove that tint post producttion than messing with the filter on a dive

Ordered the Sealife Aquapod Underwater Monopod from Amazon. I know I said I would never buy from Sealife again; but, it did look like the best stick out there. Got some GoPro protective covers (lens caps), some NoFog inserts for the camera and also picked up a red filter. Should be here in two days.

very cool, have you shot any video yet?
I got some of the inserts but never use them. Diving in Coz so far in March - October never one had a fog issue
Just keep the case open near the AC in the room. not blowing on it, but drying out the air around it
then close it before I leave the room

only fog I ever get is when I forget and leave it in direct sunlight

My SeaLife Aquapod arrived today via UPS. I bought it from Amazon as I get free shipping. It came well packaged. It comes in a very nice blister packet and it protects it well. Pyrate was right. This is going to work out well. Now to play with it a little.
One note. I have already lost the little rubber cap that fits on the bottom of the rod. It came off very easily. Maybe it will turn up. I have another question. There doesn't appear to be anyway to attach the safety laynard.

Found the rubber cap and glued it to the metal end piece with a little silicone glue. Can't believe they have such a piece of crap on such a nice monopod. I took it to the pool last night (kids are on the swim team) and took some video. Big learning curve; but, I am really liking this setup. I dragged the monopod over the side of the pool while getting some underwater shots. Wow, that was a loud noise. I hope I can get rid of it during the edit. I couldn't get my the GoPro on my iTouch to preview the higher resolution files so I cranked it down to 1080P and I can see the preview, albeit 2-3 second lag. I am going to take some more video tonight.

    Notes:

I really like the small size. It will fit in my carry on very easily.
A lot more durable than I thought. Aluminum is very light too.
Easy to hold underwater. I think it may be neutrally buoyant; therefore, holding it outstretched for a long time, will be fairly easy.
Used the anti fog little pieces of paper. No fog.

I was amazed at the quality of the pictures taken with my GoPro underwater.
