    While it's a decent option the 75o beam angle isn't great since your GoPro is shooting at 170o so at night you'll get some circular shadows at the perimeter of what you're shooting.

    Another option is the Mako light - a third brighter and a lot wider beam angle - 110o. The reflector is also designed to eliminate hotspots. http://www.makospearguns.com/product-p/mul.2.htm They're also about $50 cheaper than the Sea Dragon.

    Optimally you should have two pointed to overlap but...
    I want some decent pictures but they don't have to be published in Scuba Diver Magazine.
