Did that cruise last year. Would recommend Roatan if you can only pick one.

I would also vote for Roatan. I dove with Anthony's Kay Resort. They picked us up at the dock, and dropped us at the pier when we were done. I had two very enjoyable dives with them.

I once saved a man in Wichita just to watch him dive...(inventor)

+1 for Roatan also - but with Barefoot Divers. They're closer and also 5mins. from Mary's Place - one of - if not - the signature Roatan dives.

I would toss out Belize. I'm thinking you'll be docked at Belize City...that's pretty far from the good diving. Look into the Cave tubing...it's closer to where you are docking, and I hear great things about it.

Mary's Place and Calvin's Crack are both my favorite dives on Roatan...that being said, you may not be going to either of those places for a single day trip. If I go for a week I usually end up visiting either of those once. Though using a shop 5 minutes from either one would up your odds quite a bit.

However - if I had to pick a place to dive for a single day, Cozumel.

Unless you've never done one of them before - then I would choose which ever you have never done....except Belize, I'll stick to my advise on that. If you want to do Belize I think it's much better to go stay at one of the outer Cayes or something along those lines.
Slowly exhale, relax, your brain will kick in...and if you can breath and think calmly, there's not too much you can't figure out, in any part of life.

When we cruised to Belize we actually were moored out in the ocean and had to take a ferry into Belize. We skipped the diving because what we thought was the "good diving" would be further away and we were concerned about time. Yes, they had diving close, but was told nothing great but blue water.
