Henderson has a ten year warranty now. Maybe they would fix it for you?

Thanks, Largo! I didn't buy it new (gasp!) or register it with Henderson.

A story and a non suggestion:
I had the same problem with knee pads. I went to the LDS for some advice, and the guy there advised against Aquaseal, as "it has a different level of flexibility "(?) than neoprene, and would not work on the flexing area of the knee. Despite the fact that I had used Aquaseal on a tear in the calf area of my 3mm, and it worked fine, I followed the guys advice and used "neoprene cement" on the knee pads. That worked for a few dives, but the pads resumed peeling.
As I said, a non suggestion! Please let us know how things work out.

Thanks, Big Budd and Miked. Am diving this weekend in Athens and will check with Shannon. Will report back if I find a good solution.

I used Aquaseal and it worked all right. I put bottles in the legs to make the pads dry rounded vs flat. I'm hoping this will help when I use the suit next. The edges didn't seal as well as I wanted but maybe good enough.
