    Prescription mask

Does anybody know where i can get a single view prescription mask of OD +4.25/OS +3.00. It seams that this is more difficult than what i would have thought.

    Any help would be great.

    thanks Chad

    How about Scuba Toys?

    http://www.scubatoys.com/store/detai...eMasksWithLens or

    http://www.scubatoys.com/store/detai..._id=XVisionMid - Mask
    http://www.scubatoys.com/store/detai...=XVisionLenses - Lenses.

Most manufacturers don't offer *.25 or *.75 diopters, I find that going down to either *.0 or *.5 works well for diving.

    For a non-sponsored site, try:

http://www.seavisionusa.com/masks/index They do offer .25/.75 diopter. Though they are pricey: $118 plus mask cost for single vision lenses.

No worries Saxman, it happens all the time. Folks get real excited about being on the forum and don't look at when the thread was last opened. As for SeaVision, they are indeed a great mask. I have the low volume one and totally love it. They are a little pricey, but defintely worth it.

Here is another option (even though it's an old thread) - http://rxdivemask.com/ - These guys are great if you want to use a specific mask (I did) - they can put exact perscriptions in any mask. I had mine with single vision in the right and bifocal in the left including astigmatism which is different in each eye put into exactly the mask I wanted. Simple as sending it to them along with a perscription and either marking the lens or adding pupil distance measurements. I'm so glad I took this step.
    Abandon all hope ...
