Having trouble posting a new thread

I have tried several times to start a new thread in the training section. My post is somewhat lengthy, and after I type a few sentences, the post starts dropping letters like the site has a virus or glitch. I've never seen anything like it. Anyway, I decided to try typing it in MS Word and pasting it into the thread text box, but it won't give me "paste" as an option. Is cut & paste disabled on this site? Am I the only one having trouble typing threads?

Here is an exmpleof what it was doig on teother thread. I knw hw t type, and I' not runk. soon as I got to the second paragraph, it jst startd dropping letters lik this.

I have had this experience several times. I know there is an easy fix. Trouble is I don't know what I did to fix it. I usually copy and then log off and then back on and that fixes it. Then I paste again. Not the best; but, works.

I think hitting the insert key will also fix the problem.

    Yep, it's the insert key.
