It's supposed to work both ways but it doesn't. The white person that refuses to serve the black person will have the NAACP and all the news networks to deal with. The black person that refuses to serve the white supremacist will get a pass from the media and governing bodies.

"The right to refuse business?" https://www.chamberofcommerce.com/bu...imination-5860 says restaurants and stores are considered areas of "public accommodations" with The Federal Civil Rights Act & Americans With Disabilities Act being in full effect to all patrons; Yet also seeing how the paper mentions several times that discounts to special groups "providing discounts for specific groups based on age, occupation, political affiliation or military service, for example is perfectly acceptable, and discounts for students, the elderly, police officers, or veterans are often used to encourage business."

    Regular price for 3 Eggs + 4 Bacon + hash brown + coffee + 2 toasts = $100.00

Example of a potential discount to offer:
95% off to police officers on duty and all patrons leaving all coats, veils, and other facial recognition coverings at the check in at the door. "We are a high tech operation." and all 95% discount patrons must also avoid displaying weapons to receive this discount "except police officers". This lowers our security costs and we are passing on this savings. Final cost after discount but before tax is $5.00. Is This a possibility and still be within Federal Civil Rights Act & Americans With Disabilities Act since giving only a discount??? It sounds like it would be ok by allowing more visibility of patrons and less people having to watch hands etc. under the veil; But I wonder about the veil removal. And I never know what a court or judge might do in their interpretation of law. It definitely allows more facial recognition visibility for the owner to watch the patrons and thus less security measures needed.

After discount 95% off = $5.00 before tax.

That sounds entirely equal to me. Freedom of Speech can't protect them from people treating them like the piece of crap they are. All it does it stop the government from directly intervening
Rock on, go big or go home, hit the ground running, hang in there kitty... don't eat the yellow snow...
