1-IMG_0600.JPG Got boneless ribs, baby back ribs, & chicken thighs on the smoker. The boneless ribs are done 2 different ways today to decided which way I want to cook 5 more packages. I'm cooking for the local Masonic Lodge. Will cook the rest in the morning. Also just got a call from my stepson saying he was cooking steaks & they would be ready in 3 hours. So I have time to finish up then off to eat steak. Life is good for me.
