I always stay a week in Coz so my op won't do. But there are lots of dive ops that are smaller. I would suggest contacting them now & set it versus waiting to get off the ship & trying to find someone. I do know that Corona beach rents gear and the reef is not that far from the shore. Never used thier gear but have dived there. I'm sure others on this site may have expierence with this. My grandson did a discover scuba with the ships provider. It was a shore dive with not much coral. I don't know where the rest of the divers went that day.
    Good luck.

Last time I was there I used Scuba Tony. I really liked them. We dove with several groups of cruisers thru the week. You will have to take a cab to the Caletta, but that is only a few bucks.

Depending on how many divers you have, I would recommend Aldora Divers.
They are the best dive op in Cozumel we have found, thy use 100 cubic foot steel tanks & all our dives are 75 - 80 minutes.
It would be worth contacting them to see if they can accommodate you.

Two things to consider based on your post: you have limited time frame, and you must be back in time for the ship sailing.

While Cozumel has a number of dive operations, those two parameters have to be paramount when considering if an operation can work with you. You may want to contact the cruise line and see what their concierge service can set up for you, since those operations are contracted to ensure that you get back to your vessel on time.

$93 for a two tank, plus marine park fees, plus state tax, plus federal tax.
