    VT Pro battery issues

My VT Pro always has a low battery indicator display for about three minutes after first activating it. After that, it seems to work fine. This happens even after I have replaced the battery with a fresh one. Is this a known issue? The unit is 18 months old.

    VT Pro issues

I haven't had any problems with mine, but I would definitely contact Oceanic on the matter and get it resolved. The sooner, the better.

It does stress the battery out a bit during the diagnostic startup. So sometimes, batteries, will show an instant drain, then bounce back. I've also heard about that happening with cheap batteries... If you have a good new duracell or sony in there, that would not be normal.

If that is the case, and you got it from us, let me know and I'll see how I can get you taken care of.
