Pricematch Return Time

Hello!

I sent out a price matching request to info@scubatoys.com on July 4, and I still have not heard back. I sent another email on the 8th.

That's strange. I also sent a request yesterday, however I received a quick response within a couple of hours. More importantly, they beat the price. Thanks ST. You guys rock

We did a switch to a new email server in the last day - so maybe that was a problem... The easy way is pick up the phone - call Joe - and place the order - it will probably go out tomorrow. Just call!

I like email much more than the phone.. I suppose its because I can always reference back.

did you check to make sure your spam/junk filter hasn't been accidentally putting responses in the trash or junk mail?
