Joe set up a custom package for me, and told me to contact him when I was ready to purchase... I am, but he didn't respond to my PM. What's the best way, call the store and ask for Joe?

He always says to give him a call. Just ask ask for that guy that lives in the cave in the back of the store. Have you gone to the in store camera. If not focus in on the sign above his door. Funny.

Joe doesn't spend as much time as Larry on the Board so either e-mail or call you can even call while watching on the web cam then you feel like you are there.
