Smile Looking for 20 to 50 members to complete a survey about Scubatoys.com

NOTE: I have received permission from Larry & Joe to post this request. I am a founding member here and a multiple-order Scubatoys.com customer, so don't think that I'm just some moron looking for free help ...

I am in the process of completing a Capstone paper (sort of like a mini-thesis) on Internet marketing and e-commerce web sites. Essentially, we could pick ANY online retailer for our evaluation, and I - of course - chose Scubatoys.com.

I am looking for at least 20 members (50 maximum) to complete a survey about the Scubatoys.com online storefont.

It should only take one to two minutes, tops, to complete the survey.

Please read this entire message before completing the survey.

There will only be 18 questions very simple questions:
3 are demographic (e.g., how long have you been scuba diving)
15 questions are relative to the following issues specific to Scubatoys.com:
  • Success of existing marketing campaigns
  • Web site navigation and layout
  • Product brand selection and promotion
  • Customer service
  • Customer retention techniques.
Answers will be nothing more than rating your reponse in this manner:
  • Strongly Agree
  • Agree
  • Neutral
  • Disagree
  • Strongly Disagree
All responses will be kept completely confidential and anonymous, and only a summary of the responses will be used to complete my paper, which will be shared only with my professor. I have also told Joe and Larry that I will share the report with them, which (again) will only contain a summary of the results, but no specific names or identifiers. In fact, you do not even provide any info to compete the survey.

I am using a free online survey host. No personal information, name, or email is required to complete the survey. All you have to do is follow the link below, choose your answers, and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

NOTE: Please only complete the survey once - Thanks !!

Please post a response to THIS thread AFTER you have completed the survey. That way, this thread stays active!) I will update this thread when the survey has closed (max 50 responses).

UPDATE: The survey has received 50 responses and is now closed. Thank you all for your support!

THANK YOU in advance to all members who complete this!

OK, I did the survey. I think a few of your questions could have been worded a bit differently but other than that...

Good luck.

What class are you doing this for? What is your analysis plan?

Pie charts make fairly understandable displays but I preferred using inferential statistical techniques to identify confidence levels associated with trend statements.

I'd rather wait until all the responses have been recorded, as I wouldn't want to skew their answers ...

Man, I wish that I COULD take care of all your coffee habits for you folks ... I'm afraid that all I can offer is a great big "THANK YOU".
