Excellent "exposure" in the mainstream press.

Notice how Scubatoys' philosophy for success is out in the open, but no one else is doing what Scubatoys is?

I guess that it's easier to bitch and moan than it is to do it right.

Thanks guys.

"The average person cashing in the $10 gift certificate spends about $150 on ScubaToys goods. Customers who earn the $50 certificate buy on average $650 in merchandise."

thats so true. the "free" money brings em in, the great service keeps us all around to spend hundreds upon hundreds with the people we trust, and people we like doing business with.

Larry and Joe and their great staff have established a true 21st century dive store and they keep improving it.

Scubatoys.com has exceptional customer service, lots of the latest inventory, and all the rest.

Every fellow manufacturer I know enjoys working with the fine folks in Texas. Congratulations on making the Wall Street Journal.

Quite honestly, I don't know of any other online Scuba retailer (or other retailer) that has this kind of interaction with it's customers. Not just providing the website but responding to customer inquiries and letting us know what is going on at ST. It clearly builds customer loyalty because we feel like we know the ST staff like we would know out LDS staff.
