Web Cam Back Up and Working!

You might have been having trouble with our web cam of late. It took us a while to figure it out... It turns out Canon is the worst company in the world for customer service... A great way to model your business if you want customers to hate you ... but you don't care because you're large...

Excuse me... had to vent.

Any way! I've got a new camera up and running in there, so if you click on the Store Cam link at the upper right hand side of your screen (just above the Welcome... Last visit... Private messages) you can now get on our cam again.

I think it still is...I can't find the button that allows me to try things on.

Cool. I'm going to be driving through in a week. Will probably be stopping in. Last time I was there, I called my sister and had her pull up the web cam. I was holding up some of the things I was buying so she could see them!

It's not the camera.. it's the connection. I've got a T1 in there. After the I went through with Canon - I'll only buy the Sony one in the future. They also have faster zoom and the ability to flip the picture if you switch from a ceiling to counter mount.

ok... i guess...
since the connection apparently affects the movement of the actual camera?
ok..
but i did read that you had small problems with canon (they suck at customer service)
but sony is good!

I think he meant the motor, not the speed at which it updates. I noticed that thing moves pretty quickly, too.
