Scott is in Layang Layang diving. Got some email from him and so far he was not impressed by the diving. He is a hard man to impress. Also I think he made some comments in the Asian Diving forum since LL is part of Malaysia.

Come guys...do you want me to paint a rosie picture....of no Marine life and beige and brown corals????.....LOL

I was really hyped up about Layang Layang.....these are get wet dives!....I'm not a get wet diver and I am not fond of spending $$$$$ for nothing. So if that is hard to please...I am and proud of it....but after you have been to spots like Lembeh, Bali, Raja Ampat/Papua, Christmas Island, East Timor....and oh yes Palau....well this type of destination you expect to be close....but I did see a school of Devil Rays yesterday for about 2 minutes...things are looking up 15 dives down and 15 to go!

And...I've only taken about 10 pics in 15 dives....In Raja or Lembeh or Palau...my 4g memory card would be half full!

And you traded this for a 9th trip to Palau to dive with Keith and his Dad in March? What were you thinking?

I mean, just think, at this very moment you could be hooked in at BC with a stiff current enjoying the comapny of sharks, tuna and turtles everywhere.

Well, at least you're there during the "hammerhead season" - April and May. Maybe they'll start putting in an appearance. Thanks for posting the pics.
