Shrimp Boat off of Venice FL?

Anybody know much about the Shrimp Boat off of Vencie FL?

I have read a few posts from other boards over the past few weeks. There may be more than one, as I have read reports of it sinking in 2006 and others report diving it in 2005 and earlier. Some say it is 1/4 mile off the beach, others 14 miles out in the Gulf?

I have tried Google Search and Yahoo but I cant find much...

Are there two of them? Are they worth diving? Viz? Fish life?
