Ft Pierce area dive shops
Hey guys, I will be in the Ft Pierce area the week of the 20-28 and will be in need of a dive shop to rent tanks and such from. I am bringing the rest of my own gear but not flying down with tanks or weights.
I am planning on diving Blue Heron Bridge at least once. Any other areas worth checking out? Anybody in that area available to possibly meet up and dive with? |

The Blue Heron bridge is in WPB and there are dive shops all over the place there. In Ft P there is one good shop called Dive Odysea Dive Odyssea

I like these guys in PSL.
Kirk's Scuba For more info in Ft Pierce diving I would recommend you jump over to Scuba Board. Regional Forum " Florida Conch Divers". There is actually a thread going on right now about shore diving from Pepper Park in FP.

Out of Ft Pierce inlet there are a multitude of artificial reefs out in 40-50ft of water, which are some of my favorite dives. Unfortunately you need a private boat as I don't think any charters go out there. If the conditions are flat I would recommend a shore dive at Pepper Park.

I will have access to a private boat when I am there. I was there in February and we went out on a couple of the reefs but I didn't have my gear with me a the time, nor a dive partner. This trip I am bringing my gear and my oldest son who is my dive partner.
Would be nice to possibly meet up with a couple locals that can act as tour guides. |
