Ginnie Spring, Blue Grotto, Devils Den, and Blue Springs are nice and I believe they are all OW so you will have a blast. I did my open water check out dives at in Devils Den 9 years ago and still enjoy getting up there once in a while.
Have fun and be safe!

You are going to love it!! I'll be in Cozumel, the last week of the month, and may make it over there again. Be sure to post about your experience.

I really enjoyed Blue Grotto. My brother, a friend and myself dove there about 2 months ago. Underwater is amazing. I had never really been in a spring, so it was something new to me. All the way to about 65' you can see the training decks, so it would definitely be a suggestion as a beginner myself. I didn't go all the way to 100ft mark, but there were some more experienced divers with lights and all going through.

We didn't dive Devil's Den, but it is directly across the street if you wanted to turn it into a day.
