True... that's why it's good to see the diver get his finger chomped! Maybe he, and all other divers can get a lesson from this.

Well, to put it this way, we're laughing at the divers, not the blowfish.

I liked the Eel one better. I hate to say it but that idiot truly deserved to lose his finger.

Don't feel bad siding with the eel. Even before we were divers, I am sure everyone's parents have warned them about playing with wild animals (and even domestic animals you aren't familiar with!). In diving it was reinforced not to touch the critters. I'm glad his finger got stolen, it's a permanent reminder WHY they tell us not to go playing with toothy creatures!

Man, some of these comments. I was abhorred by the blowfish video, as was my non-diving GF. I also think the DM in the eel video was a fool if he didn't realize he was asking for what eventually happened. But I'm not GLAD it happened to him. That's a harsh result despite his idiocy.

On the other hand, I vote to delete that blowfish video. Those divers were laughing through their regs when the blowfish struck out at him. I don't think they learned a lesson at all, and I think that video only serves to promote how fun harassment of animals can be.

I think it comes from my working as an exotics vet tech and treating animals that couldn't protect themselves from harassment/abuse, you get fairly jaded and eventually nod in agreement when something can finally fight back

To each his own though, I in no way suggest my opinion is the correct one
