I know this is kind of weird. But, if Jessica Alba needed a kidney, and I was a match... I would give it to her.

I don't think she would want my liver.

Freediving fins are long, skinny, and flexible and are designed to propel a diver without a lot of drag. (no scuba gear). Since they are longer they are intended for "going straight" and not turning much.

dive fins are shorter, thicker and stiffer. They are made to push a diver wearing scuba gear that has 'drag' on it and also shorter to allow better turning, etc....

Example pic of some free diving fins. This is Tonya Streeter with a set of free diving fins..

Quoted from Streeter's website:
August 17th 2002 - Provodenciales, Turks & Caicos.
ABSOLUTE WORLD RECORD ~ No Limits to 525ft/160m in 3 mins 26 seconds.
(Beat both men's and women's previous World Records - Mandy Cruickshank/136m and Loic Leferme/154m)

That's INSANE!

Why not invite her to join the forum?

For that matter, why not invite Jessica Alba. She's been diving for years.
