nothing will ever get it right!! we had a big one predicted to hit the tampa bay area and before it did, less than 12 hours from shore made a right turn and wiped out punta gorda

so i will take it with a grain of salt and make sure i have my gas generator, 1 week of food and yes i have 2 weeks of water and lots of storm shutters!!!!

Someday they may get it right. We've been called about storms in the carribean and wether we wanted to change plans. Decided to go anyway and wound up having most of the island to ourselves and having beautiful weather the whole time.
Any weather report is an educated guess at this point, but they are getting much better each year it seems. Don't know if I do the same thing today.

thats right an educated guess. i have seen to many storms make the last minute u turn and total screw every one up. this new "forecast" just makes it easier for the weather forecasters to come close to an "accurate" forecast. wider cone of impact and they tighten their predictions. just gives them more power to say they were right when they were just guessing. hell i can say florida is going to get hit by a cat 2 in the southern part some time in sept through oct !!!!
