For shark lovers

I have been following this movie for a while now, and it's just now making it back to the US on the large screen instead of just movie festivals!

Hopefully this movie will help people see sharks as a necessary part of our ocean!

See http://www.sharkwater.com/ for trailers, synopsis, awesome photos and more!

Enjoy!

awesome, thank you for this.

Hollywood has done quite enough with these animals already. As the movie says "it's about time the truth comes out"

I will keep this forum posted as it begins to hit more and more theatres across the US. I am NOT sure about international showing, since it started in Canada, but I can make memos about that as well for those who aren't in the states!

Yes, I agree it's time for the truth to come out as well!

That looks great...it's a hard task convincing people that sharks aren't the vicious creatures Jaws has made them out to be.

Yeah, that's what so sad I think, is people are so easily convinced by cinema. I like getting scared by films, but the best part is walking away and knowing it was all just pretend. It's a shame sharks didn't get off the hook that easily (and literally, I suppose)

I love to fish, and I have taken tons of fish and crustaceans from the ocean to eat. I just don't think I could hook and eat a shark. They are so valuable to the ocean, and so many people are ignorant and take them for sport, then you have the countries where Sharkfin soup is still on the menu, it just doesn't make any since to go shark fishing.
